This is for every student returning to in-person learning this spring

If you do not have an active PARENT SIS Account, please email [email protected] or call the office at 703-322-8500.

• In INTERNET EXPLORER ONLY
• Click here to take you to “SIS.” 
• Scroll down and click on “Log Into SIS Parent Account” in red.
• Log in with your USER NAME (this is a full email address) and PASSWORD.
• Read and acknowledge the Health Screening Commitment Form.
• The school will automatically receive the acknowledgment electronically. 

EMERGENCY CARE FORM & Health Information Form

• Click here to take you to “FCPS 24 -7 Learning.”
• Login with your Parent SIS account USER NAME (this is a full email address) and PASSWORD.
• On the right side – CLICK on “EnterWeCare @ School” in small blue writing.
• Under each student “View the Form” to see what information we have on record for your student.
• If you need to make changes, click the “+” sign in front of the student’s name and go through each section and click “Save changes.”
• Once that student’s information has been changed, click “Send the Form.”
• Repeat for all students with changes.

• Changes will be updated electronically in our Student Information System (SIS). You do not need to return the paper copy.
• The front office will print your updated form for school use and the Health Information form will go directly to the school Nurse.
