Family Fitness 4 α Cause

The Family Fitness 4 α Cause program focuses on fitness, service learning, and character education. Every Monday from 4-5, families come together under the leadership of Mrs. Murray, Mrs. Van Gorder, and Mr. McCullor, for an hour of exercise, comradery, and learning. Staff also participate regularly. The program offers information on a variety of causes to include homelessness, the American Heart Association, and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. FF4aC members participate in service learning projects, i.e., collecting food for the local homeless shelter, running 5Ks for specific causes, and participating in Jump Rope for Heart.  This is a free program and all students are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or adult sibling. If you would like more information please contact one of the coaches!
